On 4 December 2026 at InterContinental Warsaw, ul. Emilii Plater 49, 200 m from Warszawa Centralna station. The conference runs during the day, and in the evening the same hotel hosts the Gala of the 14th CMO of the Year competition.

Fill in the “Submit a talk” form: title, stage, format, description and a short bio. Topics are chosen by the Programme Council and we reply by email. The submission deadline will be announced soon.

Registration opens at 8:00 and the stage sessions start at 9:30. The conference ends at 17:00. In the evening, in the same hotel: the gala dinner at 19:00 and the CMO of the Year Gala at 20:00. Times follow the working agenda and may still change.

The Conference and Conference + Gala tickets include coffee breaks and lunch. The Visitor Pass does not include catering.
